Fees Rules

Belaipara Azad Academy follows a transparent and structured fee policy to ensure the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities. Parents and guardians are requested to carefully read and adhere to the following fee guidelines.

1. Fee Structure

• The school fee structure is decided by the school management and is applicable for the entire academic session.

• Fees may include tuition fees, admission fees, examination fees, and other applicable charges, as informed by the school.

• The fee structure is subject to revision from time to time with prior notice.

2. Fee Payment Schedule

• School fees must be paid monthly / quarterly / annually as prescribed by the school.

• Fees should be paid on or before the due date mentioned by the school office.

• Timely payment of fees is mandatory to avoid inconvenience.

3. Mode of Payment

Fees can be paid through the following modes:

• Cash payment at the school office

• Other approved payment methods as notified by the school

Parents are requested to collect the official receipt after every payment.

4. Late Fee Policy

• A late fee charge may be applicable if fees are not paid within the specified due date.

• Continued delay in fee payment may result in administrative action as per school policy.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

• Admission fees and other specified charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Fees paid once will not be refunded or adjusted in case of withdrawal, absence, or discontinuation.

6. Examination & Result Policy

• Students with pending dues may not be allowed to appear for examinations or receive report cards until all outstanding fees are cleared.

7. Special Consideration

• Any request related to fee concession or special consideration must be submitted in writing to the school management and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. General Guidelines

• Parents are requested to keep fee receipts safely for future reference.

• The school reserves the right to take necessary action in case of non-compliance with the fee policy.
